3 injured in road accident

Three people sustained injuries when a car driven by a groom hit them.

BAHAWALPUR, Apr 19 (APP): Three people sustained injuries when a car driven by a groom hit them.
According to the staff of the Punjab Emergency Service, Rescue 1122, the bride and groom were entering the wedding hall located in Sadr Puli area of the city in a car while making a video. “The groom accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, causing the car to drive into the hall and hit people seated on chairs,” they said, adding that three individuals were injured in the accident.
One victim was shifted by rescue staff, one was given first aid on the spot, and one child had already been shifted to the hospital.
One injured were identified as 24-years-old Hijab Fatima who suffered ankle joint dislocation who had been shifted to Bahawal Victoria Hospital. Second injured was recognized as 39-years-old Ramzan who was given first aid.
