According to official sources, the participants reviewed arrangements for the peaceful and smooth conduct of the procession and other religious programmes on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.
The administration directed the concerned departments to ensure cleanliness, clearance and repair of procession routes and make comprehensive sanitation arrangements. Effective measures were also ordered to maintain law and order during the celebrations.
The administration assured the representatives that all relevant departments would perform their duties in coordination to provide maximum facilities to citizens and participants.
