FAISALABAD, Nov 19 (APP): Polling for second phase of Local Bodies elections Thursday started at 7:30 am in district Chiniot amid tight security arrangements. The balloting process was being held peacefully.A large number of voters started visting the polling stations to cast their vote. Police have made strict security arrangements for smooth polling and to maintain law and order during polls.
