ISLAMABAD, Jan 13 (APP): The Election Commission of Pakistan has decided to hold Local Government Elections in Sanghar and Badin districts on January 23, after improvement in law and order.
According to spokesman, ECP received a letter from the Provincial Government of Sindh informing a visible improvement in the law and order in those districts.
It is pertinent to mention here that, on December 23, the ECP had postponed the local government elections in district Sanghar and some union councils of Badin, which were scheduled to be held on December 30 due to deteriorating law and order.
