MANSEHRA, Dec 08 (APP): The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday announced the schedule of Local Government (LG) by-elections for 363 seats in Mansehra district.
According to the ECP schedule, polling will take place on January 30, 2016 while candidates may submit their nomination papers between December 16 and 17, candidates can withdraw their nomination papers till December 31.
Mansehra LG by-elections will be held for two district council seats, 17 general counselors, 51 lady counselor, 2 Kisan counselor, 1 youth counselor, 29 minorities,s counselors and 251 village councils seats.
ECP also deputed Returning Officers (RO) for by-elections where
Assistant commissioner Oghi appointed as RO Tehsil Oghi, Additional Deputy
Commissioner for Mansehra and AC Balakot for Tehsil Balakot.
