BAHAWALPUR, Dec 5 (APP): Minister of State for Education Engineer Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman here Saturday exercise his democratic right of franchise in UC-15 of Bahawalpur.
Talking to APP after casting his vote that Local Government elections will help to strengthen democracy and power would be evolved at grass root level. He said that third phase of local body elections continued successfully. Local governments will help to reslove the public problm at their door steps.
