Thick carpet of water hyacinth completely covers the surface of Korang Nullah, with the Rawal Dam spillway visible in the background, blocking the flow of water and posing a serious environmental and drainage threat to the city as authorities have yet to take effective measures to clear the invasive aquatic weed.
