Parents and security personnel have gathered outside the hospital, as authorities say the bodies will undergo DNA testing for identification following a tragic fire at the Mother and Child Health (MCH) Ward of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), which claimed the lives of 14 newborn babies. A fact-finding committee is due to produce a report within 24 hours, as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed “deep sorrow and heartfelt regret” over the incident
