In a solemn investiture ceremony, three Chinese teachers, Huang Guiping, Ding Mufang, and Chen Sai, of Sichuan Normal University were posthumously awarded the Tamgha-i-Pakistan by Ambassador of Pakistan to China, Khalil Hashmi on behalf of the President of Pakistan.
