Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar presented the award of Hilal-e-Quaid-e-Azam, to Mohamed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD).
