ISLAMABAD, March 16 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said Pakistan was committed to the early completion of Turkmenistan Afghanistan Pakistan India (TAPI) gas pipeline project, considering it a new chapter in economic collaboration and greater regional integration with Central Asia.

VTCS extended to March 31
ISLAMABAD, Mar 15 (APP): The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday further extended the date for filing of tax returns for non-filers from March 15 to March 31 to facilitate traders under the Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme (VTCS). The FBR also extended the date of filing returns for individual filers to March 21, FBR Spokesman Dr Mohammad Iqbal told APP.
Amitabh, Shafqat to sing national anthems at Pak-India WT20 match

Govt approved Rs 2.95 mln for HEC’s Technology Funds

PM approves post of ED Federal Directorate of Education
ISLAMABAD, Mar 15 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday approved creation of post of Executive Director of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad. The Prime Minister approved the summary for the said post of BS-21 and directed the Capital Administration & Development Division (CADD) to ensure that the recruitment rules provide complete flexibility to the government for appointment of Executive Director FDE.
