Akbar Rashidi member Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority
(PEMRA) Council of Complaints Sindh.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage issued on Monday, the appointment
was made in exercise of the powers conferred under Section-26 of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Ordinance-2002
as amended by the PEMRA (Amendment) Act 2007, for a period of two years under Rule-5 of the PEMRA (Council of Complaints) Rule-2010.
