results of 18 wards, according to which Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz
(PML-N) won 13 seats, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) won 3 seats and independent candidates won 2 seats.

PPP leads in Local Govt elections in Sindh

Sindh, as unofficial results have started pouring in for the first phase of the Local Government Elections held in eight districts of the province on Saturday.
Today’s local body’s elections were held to elect peoples

LAHORE, Oct 31 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-
N) candidates have secured slots of chairman from UCs 52, 210, 101 and 100 in Lahore.
According to unofficial results, PML-N candidate Rahila
Kokab has got 3435 votes and elected chairperson from UC-52,
Nasir Park area, whereas rival PTI candidate Malik Tanveer
managed to secure only 1386 votes.
