ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP): Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousuf on Wednesday said that operations Zarb-e-Azb and Karachi were successful due to the good governance and coordination among the institutions.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, the minister said that the government had taken all the decisions on merit to ensure good governance in the country.
“Political leadership and Pakistan Army are on the same page to address the challenges including terrorism, law & order and other issues,” he said.
The minister said that several steps have been taken by the government
to address the problems like price hike, unemployment, energy crisis, extremism and law and order.
Sardar Yousuf said there was always room for improvement and to ensure
transparency in all the institutions, the government would leave no stone unturned in this regard.
To a question, the minister said that present government has saved Rs
110 billion in different development projects in the country due to good governance and transparency.
Sardar Yousuf said that China-Pak Economic Corridor (CEPC) would open
new avenues of prosperity and progress and provide employment opportunity to the masses.
