Zaidi Condemns the attack on PTI, MPA Ramzan Ghanchi

ISLAMABAD, Jan 26 (APP):Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi Saturday strongly condemned the cowardly attack on Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Sindh Ramzan Ghanchi.In his condemnation message the minister said cheap tricks of political rivals would not minimize the enthusiasm of public service, adding, the PTI led government would continue to lead the country on the pathway to progress.
He said the assailants of Ghanchi had committed this crime to hide their corruption and inability, but the process of accountability would be continued against those who plundered the national wealth.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leadership was under intense pressure in Karachi and they could see the country becoming prosperous, he said.
Sindh MPA Ramzan Ghanchi, 60, was wounded in a firing incident in the early hours of Friday near Timber Market in Ghas Mandi area of Old Haji Camp within the limits of Napier police station.
He was immediately shifted to the Civil Hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
