World urged to take notice of Indian atrocities in IHK

LAHORE, July 16 (APP): The international community and human rights organisations must take notice of the Indian atrocities against Kashmiries.

This was stated by Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan Central President Pir Ijaz Hashmi while talking to APP, here on Saturday.

He said that entire Pakistani leadership and all organisations
of Kashmiris are united to condemn the Indian atrocities.

He regretted that Kashmiri women, children and youth were
rendering sacrifices and the world community was playing the role of a silent spectator.

He said Indians had failed in their designs to crush the
liberation movement of Kashmiris during the last 68 years.

The only way to resolve the issue of Kashmir was giving the
right to plebiscite to the people of Kashmir, he said adding
that it was better for the Indian leadership to realise this
fact without wasting any more time.

The United Nations should take notice of the Indian
aggression and intervene in the matter, he added.

There are many precedents when the UN Security Council
moved immediately but in the case of Kashmiris, it has not
acted swiftly, he added.
