ISLAMABAD, Dec 19 (APP):Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Information Senator Faisal Javed Khan on Sunday said that Pakistan has made successful diplomacy to make the global community realise that there was an urgent need to carry out relief activities to avert looming humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
After attending the ongoing 17th extraordinary session of OIC Council of Foreign Ministers while talking to media, he said, “The world has come to acknowledge it’s stance and the hosting of OIC special moot after 41 years by Pakistan is evident to it.”
He added that Pakistan’s efforts to highlight humanitarian situation in Afghanistan deserved appreciation which was tremendously carried out by the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
