Woollies demands increases during winter

ISLAMABAD, Dec 9 (APP): As the severe cold followed by winters hit Federal Capital and Rawalpindi in the evening ,citizens of the twin cities getting woollies including shawls, sweaters, jackets, woolen caps, gloves.
A Large number of people thronged to local markets for searching items at every single shop reasonable rates shopkeepers has displayed items to attract customers.The people complained that shopkeepers were over-charging by taking advantage of the high demand for the winter items.

A shopkeeper at Aabpara market Riaz Khan told APP that many customers coming to his shop to buy winter items, while the most frequent sale items were jackets woolen caps and sweaters.

“I have fixed rates of the item according to the quality of the material.”A housewife Samina Khan said ” often I bought items for my children as they are schoolgoing kids so I had to buy gloves , woolen caps and jackets to protect them from the cold at early morning.”

Stall of winter clothes and sale points of shoes can be witnessed at Aabpara Market, Melody Market, Super Market, Jinnah Super Market,Sitara Market, Peshawar Mor, Karachi Company, Faizabad, Commercial Market, Sadiqabad Chowk, Raja Bazaar and at many other big shopping malls and markets of the twin cities.
