UoB main institution providing education to thousands of students: Raheela Durrani

QUETTA, Apr 24 (APP):Speaker Balochistan Assembly Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani Tuesday said the University of Balochistan was the main institution playing vital role in providing higher education facilities to thousands of students of the province.
She said this while speaking at a ceremony for inauguration of Third Invention To Innovation Balochistan-2018, organized by the University of Balochistan.
Vice Chancellor UoB, Professor Dr Javed Iqbal, Pakistan Science Foundation Chairman Dr Manzoor Ahmed Soomro, senior faculty members and large number of students were present on the occasion.
Speaker Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani such conferences were important for promoting technology and science education.
She said Balochistan was moving on the path of development and work on China- Pakistan Economic Corridor project was in full swing which would change the destiny of the region.
Vice Chancellor of UoB Dr Javed Iqbal and other professors including Dr Abdul Razaq Sabir and Dr Waheed Noor also spoke at the ceremony and highlighted importance of the conference.
Speakers Assembly also visited different stalls which had been established by different departments of the university.
