ISLAMABAD, Nov 14 (APP):Federal Minister for Defence Pervaiz Khattak said on Wednesday that the unutilized land would be developed through a public-private partnership.He stated this while chairing a meeting of working group on alternative use of public properties at the Ministry of Housing and Works, said a press release issued here.
