UN, other forums gaining awareness on Kashmir situation: Masood

MUZAFFARABAD, Feb 20 (APP):President of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan has said that it is evident from initiation of discussion on IOK situation at UN Human rights commission, All parties Kashmir parliamentary Group reports in British Parliament and now the discussion in European parliament is the clear proof that international community was awaking up now and Indian hoodwinking, fraud and
negative propaganda can’t neither swindle nor betray them.
He was talking to media on Wednesday before his departure to Doha where he is attending to give lecture at Qatar Broking Institute of Doha Center on the Kashmir issue and recent human rights situation.

He said that India cannot longer hoodwink the world by creating fuss of terrorism according to its own will to maintain its illegal occupation on IOK.
Masood observed that sooner or later India has to wrap up its bag and baggage from occupied Kashmir and it cannot prolong its occupation on the dent of force.
He lauded all the members from different political parties in the European Parliament for starting discussing the Kashmir dispute and viewing it at different aspects and scenarios.
While paying tributes on behalf of Kashmiri people to the EU parliamentarians, Masood said that it was the depiction of a good gesture and the message of certainty towards down of liberty of Kashmiri people to come out from the nightmare and slavery of seven decades of Indian occupation AJK President asserted.
He congratulated the European parliamentarians including Wajid Khan and others for calling a special Meeting of Human rights to discuss the gross human rights violations in Indian held Kashmir and said that it was encouraging for Kashmiri people that it was for the first time in the history that strong voices were raised in the
European parliament in favor of Kashmiri people and the right of liberty , right to self-determination of Kashmiri people and Indian atrocities were discussed at length in the special meeting.
President Masood assured the Kashmiri people that their destination was close as India has failed in its nefarious designs to continue its occupation on Kashmir.
He paid glowing tributes to APHC leadership including veteran leader Syed Ali Shah Gilani,Mirwaiz Umer Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik besides, leaders languishing in Indian jails including Shabir Ahmed Shah, Asia Andrabi ,Naeem Ahmed Khan and others for their sacrifices and strong
determination.
