ISLAMABAD, Jun 14 (APP): Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to Pakistan calls on Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Senator Faisal Ali Subzwari here on Tuesday.
Senator Faisal Ali Subzwari welcomed Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to Pakistan in his office, said a press release here.
The minister for maritime affairs expressed that Pakistan and UAE enjoys a friendly and cordial relationship and a lot potential exist to enhance the relationship between both nations.
The ambassador extended felicitations to the minister on assuming charge of maritime ministry and assured closed collaboration and support for mutual development in maritime sector.
Minister for Maritime Affairs highlighted the huge potential for development in maritime sector and assured the UAE ambassador that his team was heavily engaged in bringing together all developing partners and enhancing mutual cooperation.
Minister also expressed his desire to enhance industrial collaboration in maritime sector that would be a win-win situation for both nations.
The ambassador, meanwhile stressed on the importance of maintaining close collaboration to enhance development which was acknowledged by the Minister.
The minister expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for giving courtesy call and assured to stay in touch for future collaboration.
