HYDERABAD, Nov 05 (APP): A colorful two-day Business Expo was organized at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad, under the special directives of Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Muddassir Ali Shah.
The event, hosted by the Faculty of Management and Business Administration, aimed to showcase creative and entrepreneurial talents of students.
The Expo was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muddassir Ali Shah. Among the distinguished guests were Chairman of Shaheed Benazirabad Board of Education Dr. Asif Memon, Muhammad Saleem Zardari, Mir Muhammad Siyal, Haji Allah Bux Lakho, Expo Organizer Prof. Dr. Salman Bashir, Dr. Rafiq Khuhro, Dr. Salar Sahrani, members of Citizen Alliance, representatives of Chamber of Commerce, various banks, faculty members, students, social workers and other dignitaries.
Students set up a variety of creative stalls, including food and beverage, short films, Sindhi cultural items such as topi and ajrak, arts and design, books, and sports stalls.
Notably, the paan and flower stalls drew significant attention from teachers and visitors alike. Students, dressed in vibrant traditional attire, added color and energy to the event, demonstrating their enthusiasm and talent.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muddassir Ali Shah praised the students’ efforts, stating that the Business Expo reflects the immense potential of SBBU students to make their mark nationally and internationally through their skills and determination.
VC emphasized that such events enhance students’ leadership abilities, entrepreneurial understanding and help them explore career and higher education opportunities at global level.
Dr. Shah said that students from interior Sindh possess the same potential as those from any other part of the country and are fully capable of establishing their identity both within Pakistan and abroad.
