FAISALABAD, Oct 22 (APP):Experts said on Wednesday that true grooming goes beyond outward appearance as it mirrors a person’s confidence, discipline and self-awareness. Therefore, people should refine not just how they look, but who they are, in pursuit of a more confident and graceful personality.
They were addressing a one-day workshop on “self-grooming” by the Institute of Home Sciences, University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) at Women Industrial Home.
They said that grooming is not merely about appearance but a reflection of confidence, discipline and self-awareness, building a strong, graceful and impactful personality.
Director Institute of Home Sciences Dr Beenish Israr said that grooming reflects one’s personality and attitude towards life.
She urged students to develop habits that promote self-respect, grace and confidence in both personal and professional spheres.
Incharge Women Industrial Home Madam Sadaf Iqbal said that self-grooming is not limited to appearance but also includes mental and emotional well-being.
Madam Ayesha Mushtaq highlighted the importance of self-awareness and discipline as key elements of a well-groomed personality.
Madam Sukana from Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority encouraged students to present themselves confidently and maintain a positive mindset in every situation.
