TJP Chairman commends security forces for successful counter-terrorism operations in Balochistan
ISLAMABAD, Sep 02 (APP):Chairman of Tehreek-e-Jawanan Pakistan (TJP), Muhammad Abdullah Hamid Gul, has paid tribute to the security forces for their successful counter-terrorism operations in Balochistan, in which 21 terrorists were killed.
Gul described the operations as a reflection of the professionalism, courage and determination of Pakistan’s security forces in combating terrorism and safeguarding national security, said a press release here on Wednesday.
He expressed deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of six brave personnel, including two security officers and a Customs official, during the operations. He conveyed his heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the families of the martyrs and prayed for the elevation of their ranks and for strength and patience for the bereaved families.
Gul said that the sacrifices of the martyrs would further strengthen the nation’s resolve and determination to eliminate terrorism from the country.
He said that hostile elements and terrorism allegedly backed by external forces could not undermine the resolve of the Pakistani nation. “The nation stands firmly with its security forces and law-enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism,” he said.
The TJP chairman reiterated that his party would continue to stand alongside the security forces and law-enforcement agencies until the complete elimination of terrorism.
He stressed that defeating terrorism required unwavering national resolve, unity and a collective sense of responsibility, adding that the sacrifices of Pakistan’s security personnel would continue to inspire the nation in its struggle for peace and stability.
