ISLAMABAD, Jul 13 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police, Noon Police station teams on Sunday apprehended three members of a notorious criminal gang allegedly involved in a series of armed robberies, including snatching motorcycles, mobile phones, and cash from citizens at gunpoint.
An official told APP that the arrested suspects—identified as Ubaid, Muneeb, and Abu Zar—were wanted in several robbery and theft cases registered at Noon Police Station.
He said the police recovered stolen motorcycles, mobile phones, cash, and weapons with ammunition used during the crimes from the possession of the arrested accused.
He said cases have been registered against the suspects, and all legal procedures are being completed to ensure they receive exemplary punishment.
He said large-scale operations are being carried out against organized and active criminal gangs across the federal capital under the special direction of DIG Muhammad Jawad Tariq.
