ISLAMABAD, Jun 04 (APP):Telenor Pakistan has collaborated with Career Pakistan to support a mentorship initiative aimed at nurturing emerging talent and developing future leaders across the country.
As part of the collaboration, female leaders from Telenor Pakistan will volunteer as mentors, engaging with a diverse pool of aspiring young professionals to help bridge gaps in access to mentorship, professional exposure, and leadership development opportunities said a news release.
Through this initiative, mentors will work closely with students enrolled in Career Pakistan’s Talk World Group and Career Woman Group fellowship programs.
The engagement will include inspirational talks at educational institutions, small-group mentoring sessions, and one-on-one interactions, offering guidance on career pathways, skill development, and navigating professional environments.
The sessions will be conducted on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on mentor availability, and will take place either at educational institutions or at Telenor Pakistan’s office spaces, ensuring meaningful, accessible, and immersive learning experiences for participants.
