ISLAMABAD, May 17 (APP):In pursuance of the information ministry office order issued here the other day, Director General Cyber Wing, Tariq Mehmood Friday took the charge as Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) managing director (MD).
He has replaced Muhammad Qamrullah Chaudhry who was officiating as APP MD.
Serving the nation since 1947 by providing an accurate, objective, uninterrupted flow of news to the people, the national news service is pursuing a comprehensive strategy to transform the existing news operations into a forward-looking service – APP Digital for its diverse subscriber-base and the public.
