Talal Chaudhry Reviews Security in Islamabad’s Red Zone on Interior Minister’s Instructions

ISLAMABAD, Mar 02 (APP):On the directives of Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry visited the Red Zone on Monday to review the security situation.
He was accompanied by the Chief Commissioner, Inspector General of Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, and other senior officials.
During the visit, Talal Chaudhry conducted a detailed inspection of security arrangements at the Parliament House, the Diplomatic Enclave, and across the Red Zone. He met officers and personnel on duty and checked deployment and security protocols.
The Minister of State praised the security personnel for performing their duties efficiently.
IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi briefed the Minister on the overall security situation in the capital.
Talal Chaudhry said that the situation in Islamabad is “completely normal and peaceful,” adding that all public and private institutions are operating as usual.
He assured that all necessary measures are being taken to protect the lives and property of citizens and urged the public to fully cooperate with security forces.
