ISLAMABAD, Apr 09 (APP):Acting Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of veteran parliamentarian Senator Taj Haider.
In a condolence message, Syedaal Khan said he was deeply saddened by the news of Senator Haider’s demise, adding that his political and social contributions would always be remembered with great respect.
Paying tribute to the late lawmaker, the Acting Chairman described him as a highly intelligent and principled individual whose services to democracy and public welfare left a lasting legacy.
“On behalf of the Upper House, I extend heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and stand with them in this time of mourning,” he said.
