Strong economic indicators show Pakistan heading towards prosperity: President

ISLAMABAD, May 4 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain said the positive economic indicators of the country had put Pakistan on path of progress and prosperity and it would soon become an important country of the region, with the completion of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
He was addressing the fourth Achievement Award Ceremony of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The President said the government was working on major infrastructure development and energy projects under the CPEC, and the national economy was improving at a rapid pace.
