ISLAMABAD, Dec 14 (APP): Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have further strengthened security measures across the federal capital, with SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza visiting various duty points to review on-ground arrangements and performance of deployed personnel.
An official told APP on Sunday that the SSP Operations met police officers and personnel at different duty points and inspected the checking process. He directed officers to make checking more effective and purposeful to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property.
During the visit, SSP Qazi Ali Raza instructed police personnel to remain alert at all times, ensure thorough checking of suspicious individuals and vehicles, and immediately report any suspicious activity to senior officers.
He also emphasized that officers should deal with citizens in a polite and respectful manner, noting that courteous behaviour plays a key role in strengthening public trust in the police.
The official said that ensuring the safety of citizens and maintaining law and order in the federal capital remains the top priority of Islamabad Police, and all security measures are being implemented accordingly.
