SSP Operations, SP Headquarters hold open court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Aug 10 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Malik Tariq Mehboob and SP Headquarters Saad Arshad on Monday held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters and listened to the complaints of citizens, issuing directions to the concerned officers for their prompt resolution.
They further directed the relevant officers to ensure legal action on the marked applications within the stipulated timeframe.
They stressed that no negligence or delay would be tolerated in resolving citizens’ problems and directed the officers to ensure the provision of quality service delivery to citizens at police stations at all times.
The senior officers said that, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, protection of the lives and property of citizens and provision of facilities to them remained the top priority of the police.
They directed the concerned officers to take all possible measures for the timely redressal of public grievances and ensure that citizens were provided with prompt and effective relief.
