ISLAMABAD, Jan 11 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police’s senior leadership SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza and SP Security Operations and Administration Suleman Zafar visited Shalimar Police Station to review public facilitation and ensure timely redressal of citizen complaints.
A police spokesperson told APP on Sunday that the officers inspected various sections of the police station under the Special Initiative Protocol, including the front desk, reporting counters and public dealing areas.
He said that SSP Operations met with citizens present at the station, listened to their issues, and issued immediate instructions for their redressal. The officers also reviewed the performance of duty staff and the quality of service being provided.
They directed all officers to maintain polite behaviour, professionalism and respectful public dealing, emphasising that complaints must be addressed strictly on merit.
The spokesperson added that SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza said ensuring prompt justice, public safety and enhancing citizens’ trust in the police remain top priorities of Islamabad Police, and any negligence in these duties would not be tolerated.
He further said that Islamabad Police continues its efforts to improve public facilitation, strengthen community policing and deliver efficient policing across the federal capital.
