ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (APP): Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Muhammad Usman Tariq Butt chaired a meeting to review the overall security and law and order situation in the federal capital.
An official told APP on Thursday that the session was attended by officers from the Investigation Wing, Anti-Vehicle Lifting Unit, and Robbery & Dacoity Unit. The participants briefed the SSP on the security measures undertaken to maintain peace and order in the city.
SSP Butt emphasized that all possible steps would be taken to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property, adding that public safety remains the foremost priority of Islamabad Police.
SSP reiterated that Islamabad Police is determined to improve law enforcement through strict actions against crime while upholding professional ethics and citizen service.
