ISLAMABAD, Jul 02 (APP): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq strongly condemned the tragic explosion that took place at Saddiqabad near railway crossing Mela in Bajaur district.
In a statement issued by the National Assembly Secretariat, the Speaker expressed deep sorrow and regret over the loss of precious lives, including Assistant Commissioner Nawagai, a Tehsildar and other officials as a result of the blast.
Extending heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the martyrs, Speaker Sadiq said, “I stand in solidarity with the bereaved families in their time of grief and sorrow.”
He denounced the targeting of the Assistant Commissioner’s vehicle as a cowardly and shameful act, urging that those responsible be brought to justice.
The Speaker offered prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured and for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs.
He also prayed for patience and strength for the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident.
