ISLAMABAD, Jul 19 (APP): Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Majid Iqbal briefed traffic police officers on their professional responsibilities, directing them to ensure smooth traffic management and facilitate safe travel for commuters across the federal capital.
An ITP official told APP on Sunday that the briefing focused on improving traffic regulation, enhancing public service and ensuring effective enforcement of traffic laws.
The SP Traffic Majid emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, professionalism and courtesy while performing duties, directing officers to remain vigilant and provide timely assistance to road users.
He instructed the personnel to ensure the effective implementation of traffic laws, improve traffic flow and take action against violations in accordance with the law to enhance road safety.
Majid said providing citizens with safe, convenient and uninterrupted travel facilities remained the foremost priority of Islamabad Traffic Police, urging officers to perform their duties with dedication, responsibility and professionalism to uphold public confidence in the force.
