ISLAMABAD, Jun 12 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader and head of the Senate parliamentary party, Senator Irfan Siddiqui, on Thursday strongly condemned India’s allegations against Türkiye and its recent actions targeting Turkish companies.
During a meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Irfan Neziroglu, Senator Siddiqui expressed solidarity with Türkiye, denouncing what he described as unjustified and politically motivated accusations.
Senator Irfan Siddiqui said, “We strongly reject India’s accusations against Türkiye and its measures against Turkish companies. While Pakistan desires peace in the region, we have made it clear to India that we will not accept its attempts at dominance and are fully prepared to respond decisively to any aggression.”

Senator Irfan Siddiqui warmly welcomed the Turkish Ambassador to his office, noting that the strong friendship between President Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is playing a key role in deepening bilateral ties between Pakistan and Türkiye.

They affirmed that Türkiye and Pakistan are inseparable. Both leaders expressed deep concern and strongly condemned Israel’s genocide against the people of Gaza. They agreed on the importance of adopting a united stance at all international forums to uphold peace, justice, and human rights in the face of this oppression.
Turkish Ambassador Dr. Irfan Neziroglu said that upon arriving in Pakistan, he never felt like he was in a different country, but rather in his own homeland. He added that Türkiye will continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan in every challenging moment.
The Turkish Ambassador emphasized that both countries should now take concrete, structured, and forward-looking steps to enhance mutual cooperation.
