SHC CJ's son goes missing from Clifton

KARACHI, June 20 (APP): Owais Shah, the son of Chief Justice of
Sindh High Court (SHC), Justice Sajjad Ali Shah, has been missing since Monday afternoon and the police suspect that he might have been kidnapped.

A spokesman for Karachi Police, in a statement here on Monday night,
said that Owais Shah was reported missing to local police at about 9:10 pm on Monday. The report was made when Mr. Owais did not reach home.”

The spokesman said that upon initial investigation Owais Shah’s Car
(Registration No. AZT-535) was found parked in front of Aghas Shopping Centre, Clifton. “The car has been found locked from inside,” he added.

He said that a high level investigation was underway and the forensic of
the car was being conducted. “It is suspected that he might have been kidnapped,” he added.

According to the Personal Secretary to the Chief Justice, Owais Shah,
who is a lawyer by profession, left for home in Clifton from the Sindh High Court in the afternoon when he went missing.
