ISLAMABAD, Nov 24 (APP):Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters in Peshawar, praising the professionalism and bravery of the FC personnel who successfully thwarted the assault.
Senator Rubina Khalid stated that the FC officials responded with exceptional professionalism, effectively neutralising the threat and preventing the terrorists from entering the complex.
She noted that the killing of all three suicide attackers was clear evidence of the force’s operational competence.
Paying tribute to the three FC personnel who embraced martyrdom while stopping the attackers, she said their sacrifice ensured that the terrorists failed in their objective.
“The entire nation is proud of its brave soldiers,” she remarked, reaffirming that the Pakistani nation and its security forces stand united in the fight against terrorism.
Senator Rubina Khalid further stressed that terrorists must realise that humiliation and defeat will be their fate in every attack.
She offered prayers for the elevation of the ranks of the martyred personnel and patience for their families during this difficult time.
