Senate panel on communications to discuss land acquisition of CPEC western route

ISLAMABAD, Sep 22 (APP): Senate Standing Committee on
Communications will meet here Friday (tomorrow) to discuss progress on land acquisition process on D.I Khan- Sorab section of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)
The committee will be briefed by chief secretaries of
Balochistan,Khyber Pakhtoonkhaw,Federally Administered Tribal Areas,Gilgit-Baltistan and senior members of FBR on land acquisition of land under section 4 for CPEC western route.

The committee will be briefed on M-Tag increase in toll
collection on various toll plazas by FWO and other contractors of E-tag.

Details of all M-tag and E-tag for the last two years will also be provided to the committee.

Progress of Takhtbai Flyover till August 31 will also be
discussed in the meeting.
