ISLAMABAD, Nov 9 (APP): Senate Chairman Mian
Raza Rabbani, Monday accepted the apology tendered by
senior journalist Saleem Bokhari and disposed of
the motion moved against him in the House.
The motion was adopted on November 5 against Saleem
Bokhari for using un-parliamentary language against
the parliamentarians.
“We have received a letter of Saleem Bokhari in which
he has tendered an unconditional apology to the Parliament,” he
added.
He said Saleem Bokari had also apologised at the same
television channel in the presence of parliamentarians.
