ISLAMABAD, Jun 15 (APP):The Senate on Monday commenced its budget session at 12:40 p.m. with Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani in the chair.
The agenda included a motion moved by Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb regarding the Finance Bill, 2026 and the Annual Budget Statement.
The House was also scheduled to take up consideration and passage of government bills passed by the National Assembly and transmitted to the Senate.
