ISLAMABAD, Dec 2 (APP): A Special Committee on Performance of
Pakistan International Air Lines (PIA) will be briefed by PIA on the
reasons of not achieving the revenue target of 21 percent during
first six months of current fiscal year.
The Committee meeting will be held under the Chairmanship of
Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan at Parliament House Islamabad.
The Committee will be briefed on the progress of Draft Aviation Policy.
The Committee will also be briefed on the launch of premier
service by PIA, its impacts so far and terms and conditions of the
west lease with Sri Lanka and reasons of not starting this
service between Karachi-London, said a notice of Senate Secretariat
on Friady.
