Seerah of Holy Prophet (PBUH) carries eternal message of peace, love: Aleem Khan

ISLAMABAD, Aug 25 (APP):President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) and Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Tuesday extended greetings to the nation and Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
In his message, the federal minister said the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal was a blessed day commemorating the birth of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH) and served as a reminder to follow his teachings and noble example, said a press release.
He said that the blessed life and Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) carries an eternal message of peace, love, brotherhood, justice, equality and tolerance for humanity. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave humanity a practical lesson in justice, equality, patience and brotherhood and by following these principles, the foundation of a peaceful and exemplary society can be laid.
The minister said that we must shape our individual and collective lives in accordance with the golden principles of the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He said that only by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) can peace, tolerance, unity and mutual love be promoted in society.
The IPP President said that the blessed occasion of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal teaches us to promote unity among the Ummah, brotherhood and mutual love.
He reaffirmed that building Pakistan as a peaceful and prosperous society based on equality and the principles of a welfare state remains our commitment. Abdul Aleem Khan said that on this blessed occasion, we also pay tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs of the nation.
He said that the country’s peace and stability are the result of the invaluable sacrifices rendered by our martyrs, and the nation will always hold their sacrifices in the highest regard and respect.
The minister urged the nation to offer special prayers on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) for the progress, prosperity, peace, security, unity and stability of the country. He said that following the Seerah and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the true path to success in this world and the Hereafter.
Aleem Khan prayed that Allah Almighty bless Pakistan with peace, stability, progress and prosperity, protect the country from all kinds of challenges, and bless the entire Muslim Ummah with unity, brotherhood and mutual love.
