According to SPA, Saudi women are now actively contributing across field, administrative, technical and healthcare sectors within one of the world’s largest and most complex operational and service environments.

Female personnel are working round the clock in crowd management, awareness and guidance services, healthcare and emergency response, digital operations, translation, control rooms, operations centers and logistical support during the Hajj 1447 AH season.
At Masjid al-Haram and the holy sites, women staff are helping organize women’s prayer areas, guiding female pilgrims, answering religious and organizational inquiries and delivering awareness content in multiple languages through digital platforms and smart screens.
