Report on budgetary allocations for Information Ministry laid in Senate

ISLAMABAD, Mar 08 (APP):Chairman Standing Committee on Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage Faisal Javed on Friday presented report in Senate on the budgetary / PSDP allocations by Information and Broadcasting Division for the Financial Year 2019-2020.
The committee in its report stated that it was briefed on budgetary proposals for the FY 2019-20 of organizations under Information and Broadcasting Division. Total proposed PSDP allocation amounts to Rs3591.19 million, out of which Rs2710.239 million is foreign aid. For PTVC, one ongoing and one new project has been proposed with a total allocation of Rs3100.309 million for Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), three projects worth Rs201.464 million are also proposed.
