Nobody allowed to take law into own hands: religious minister

SIALKOT, Jan 13 (APP)::Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noor-ul-Haq Qadari Sunday said that the government was making all-out efforts to provide basic rights and religious freedom to minorities 
 in the country.He said this while addressing the participants in a ceremony 
held at Gurdawara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur (Shakargarh) after 
visiting the Kartarpur Corridor project, here.
	He said that minorities had been enjoying complete religious 
freedom in Pakistan and playing their role in national development.
	The  minister reviewed the progress on Kartarpur Corridor project. He directed the officials concerned to ensure 
timely completion of the project, which would proivide the Sikh community with the facility of visa-free access to Gurdawara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur from India.
	The minister was told that construction work on the 3.4-km long corridor was under way on a fast pace. Officails said the project would be completed till November 2019, ahead of the 550th birth 
anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.
