ISLAMABAD, Nov 4 (APP):Adviser to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday said that the debate on the creation of new provinces should be held at an appropriate forum, stressing that Parliament is the right platform to discuss national matters.
Speaking to a private television channel, he said that consensus among all political parties was necessary for the establishment of new provinces. He proposed constituting a parliamentary committee to deliberate on the matter and develop consensus among political stakeholders.
Commenting on the government’s efforts to eliminate terrorism from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Rana Sanaullah said that the government was fully committed to eradicate terrorism from the province.
