ISLAMABAD, Dec 19 (APP): Radio Pakistan has prepared week-long
special programmes titled “Quaid Ka Pakistan” to celebrate 140th
birth anniversary of father of nation, Quaid -e-Azam Muhammad Ali
Jinnah in befitting way.
The programmes starting from Monday will continue till
December 25, the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali
Jinnah.
Historic and tireless struggle by father of nation will be
highlighted and homage paid to great leader in special programme,
“Qaid Ka Pakistan” on daily basis. Naghma-e Quaid will be hallmark
of the programme, Subh-e Pakistan. “Nazar-e Quaid” is poetic homage
to be paid to Quaid-e-Azam.
Poems by Anjum Khalique, Iftikhar Arif, and Syed Ziauddin Neem
have been included in this programme.
To sensitize the young generation about person and message of
Quaid-e-Azam, extracts from his speeches will be aired every day
after 2 p.m. news bulletin.
Radio stations all over the country have arranged “Quaid Quiz”
among students and girl students of colleges and universities.
These stations will also broadcast “Naghmaat-e Quaid” as part of
weeklong celebrations marking birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam
Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
Radio reports of programmes to be organized under auspices of
PNCA, Lok Versa, and other organizations in country, in connection
with birth anniversary celebrations, will also be part of these
special programmes.
